coachwork

Terms

Last updated 24 October 2026

coachwork is a tool: a coach writes training on the web, and the person they coach trains it on their iPhone and logs what they did. These terms are what you agree to by using it. They are written to be read; if anything is unclear, write to [email protected].

Who runs it

coachwork is operated by Ioannis Bravos. Write to [email protected] about anything on this page.

Coaching, and any money for it, is between the coach and the client. coachwork is not a party to that arrangement. We do not take, hold, pass on or refund payments between a coach and a client, and a price a coach shows in coachwork is their information, not an offer from us. Agree what you pay, how, and what happens if you stop, with each other.

Coaches

Training is at your own risk

coachwork records training; it is not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting if you have a condition, an injury or any doubt. Stop when something hurts, and tell your coach. Neither coachwork nor the app's numbers can see how you feel.

What you put in

What you record and upload stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the people the app shows it to — you, and your coach or your clients — so the service can work. What is stored and who can see it is set out in the Privacy Policy.

What is not allowed

An account that does these things may be blocked or removed.

Price

coachwork is free during the beta. The first ten coaches stay free for as long as they keep their account. If we start charging anyone else, we will say what it costs before it applies to you, and you can leave before it does.

A beta

coachwork is new and still changing. Things may break, move or be removed. It is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses that come from using it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account from inside the app. We may end an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will say so before the change takes effect. The date at the top is the last change.
